Who is behind this

Two agencies taught me what does not scale.

I am Mohamed Bsoul. I built and ran two marketing agencies before this one. Nahhda exists because of what both of them kept running into.

01// before this

The work was fine. The model was the problem.

A Meta ads agency

Paid acquisition for ecommerce brands. It worked, and it taught me that a business whose whole growth depends on rented attention is a business that panics every time a platform changes its mind.

A Klaviyo email agency

Retention rather than acquisition, and a much better business. It is also where the ceiling showed up: every new client meant another person, and quality tracked whoever happened to be assigned that week.

Both agencies sold hours. That is the actual product an agency sells, whatever the deck says. So growing meant hiring, hiring meant margin fell, and the only way to protect the margin was to give each client a little less attention than the last one got.

And when a client left, they left with nothing. Two years of work, and what they kept was a folder of emails that had already been sent.

02// why nahhda

AI can do the work now. The price has not caught up.

Most of what an agency actually does month to month is the same work, done slightly differently for each brand. Writing in a voice. Segmenting a list. Building the flow, checking the render, watching what happened, changing it. A machine can do that, properly, today.

What has not happened is the price reaching the businesses that need it most. The tools exist and are cheap. Knowing how to point them at a real business is the expensive part, and that is still sold at agency rates to companies large enough to absorb them.

So the idea is straightforward. Build the machine for one business, in its own accounts, in its own voice. Then hand it over. They run it, they pay for the AI directly, and it keeps working whether or not we are still in the room.

Nahhda is نهضة — the awakening. It is the name of a real period, roughly the 1860s to the 1940s, when the printing press reached Cairo, Beirut and Damascus and an enormous amount of knowledge stopped being the property of whoever could afford a scribe.

That is the same shape as this. The tool is not the point. Who can now afford to use it is.

03// how i work

Four things I will not move on.

You own it, you do not rent it

The machine goes onto your computer with the files and the documentation. If we stop working together it carries on running. This is the whole reason the company exists, so it is not negotiable.

Nothing sends without your approval

Every campaign and every flow is signed off by you before it goes anywhere. The machine removes the labour, not your control. Work arrives finished, so approving it is a read rather than a project.

The bill does not move when the volume does

A build fee that ends when the build ends, then a flat monthly. No percentage of your sales, and no conversation about scope every time you want to send more.

I will tell you when the answer is no

If a brand is too small for this to pay for itself, that is worth ten minutes of my time to say and none of yours to find out the slow way. There are quarters where the honest answer is do it yourself.

Based in Dubai, working with ecommerce brands across Europe and the Gulf. If you want to know whether this fits your business, the fastest way to find out is fifteen minutes.

// book a call

15 minutes, and no pitch.

A short call to hear about your business and work out together whether there is anything here worth building. If there isn't, we will tell you.

// questions

Before you book, in case it helps.

So you are an agency?

No. An agency sends you work and keeps what produced it. We build you the thing that produces it and leave it in your accounts. Ask an agency what you would still have if you stopped paying tomorrow.

What does it cost?

There is a one-off setup fee to build the machine, then a monthly fee to run it. All in, most brands pay 3 to 4 times less than an agency charges for the same scope, and the price does not climb when the workload does. No cut of your revenue and no lock-in past a notice period. You get real numbers on the call.

What do you need from me?

Answers to a few questions about how your business works, and access to your Klaviyo so we can see your real numbers. For the email machine we also need your product images, either a Google Drive folder or your Shopify store. Nothing else, and we do the rest from there.

Do I approve things before they go out?

Everything. Nothing sends without your sign-off. The difference is what approving looks like: the work arrives finished and ready to go, so it is a quick read rather than a brief, a round of edits and a wait.

Why not just buy AI software?

Software is built for ten thousand companies, so it knows nothing about yours. It has no idea what your margins are, how your customers talk, or why last October went the way it did. You would still be the one sitting down every week telling it what to do.

Why not hire someone?

A good hire costs several times this, takes 2 months to find, and everything they learn walks out with them. Build the machine first. Hire later, and hand them something that already works.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

For one email, use ChatGPT. What a chat window cannot do is hold your whole business, run the calendar, watch every send, and catch the thing that broke on Tuesday.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. The machine goes onto your own computer, with the files, the onboarding docs, and our help connecting it to Claude so you can run it yourself. One brand we worked with left for someone cheaper, and what we built is still beating what came after.

Where does our data go?

Your customer list stays in your Klaviyo. We work inside your accounts rather than exporting anything, you can revoke our access in one click, and nothing is copied out or sold. The machine itself sits with us while we run it, and moves onto your computer when you take it over.

How long until it's live?

Usually inside the first month. The learning starts on day one and never really stops.
