Machine 01

Klaviyo email marketing.

For ecommerce brands. One machine runs everything your store sends, in your voice, on your own Klaviyo account.

Klaviyo
01// what it does

Everything you'd ask a full email team for. No limit on how much.

We load your whole brand into it: the voice, the products, the customers, the margins, the calendar, what worked and what flopped. By the time it sends anything, it knows how your brand behaves and what actually makes it money.

Unlimited designed emails

Every campaign, built and designed to your brand, every month. No cap, no per-email price.

Unlimited flows

Welcome, browse, cart, checkout, post-purchase, winback, sunset. Built, tested and rewritten when the numbers move.

Segments, on demand

Cut the list any way the data justifies. It builds the segment, checks it, and uses it.

The whole calendar

Launches, sales, seasons, restocks. It plans the month, then sends the month.

It knows your brand

Your voice, your rules, your products, your history. Tell it something once and it does not forget.

Watches every send

Opens, clicks, revenue per recipient. When something slips it flags it, before it costs you a month.

02// what you own

All of it. Your Klaviyo, your domains, your list, your templates, and everything the machine has learned about your brand.

03// case study

A biltong brand whose email only earned when someone sent it.

Runder had three flows, all built badly, and no campaign schedule worth the name. Flows were producing €517 a month, 2.67% of email revenue, and falling. Everything else came from a person sitting down and pressing send.

Before

€19,405

Campaigns €18.9K · 97.33%
Flows €517 · 2.67% · falling

After 60 days

€30,773

Campaigns €13.9K · 45.02%
Flows €16.9K · 54.98%

Before, every euro needed a person. After, more than half arrived whether anyone showed up to work or not.

+12.2%

6 flows

21 emails built, plus 19 campaigns in 60 days

04// case study

A barefoot-shoe brand sending three campaigns a quarter.

The Nude Foot had a good product and a list that barely heard from them. The first look at the account found the bottleneck straight away, and it wasn't the flows. It was the silence. 3 campaigns in 90 days, against a sane target of 13.

Before

€4,000/mo

No conversion flows live

After the 60-day ramp

Up 122% year over year
Five conversion flows live

5 flows

1 to 13

campaigns per quarter, then per month

Two brands, same pattern. The revenue was already in the list. Nobody had the hours to go and get it.

Attributed is not the same as incremental. Some of that revenue would have arrived anyway. We use the number the platform reports rather than a flattering one.

// questions

Before you book, in case it helps.

So you are an agency?

No. An agency sends you work and keeps what produced it. We build you the thing that produces it and leave it in your accounts. Ask an agency what you would still have if you stopped paying tomorrow.

What does it cost?

There is a one-off setup fee to build the machine, then a monthly fee to run it. All in, most brands pay 3 to 4 times less than an agency charges for the same scope, and the price does not climb when the workload does. No cut of your revenue and no lock-in past a notice period. You get real numbers on the call.

What do you need from me?

Answers to a few questions about how your business works, and access to your Klaviyo so we can see your real numbers. For the email machine we also need your product images, either a Google Drive folder or your Shopify store. Nothing else, and we do the rest from there.

Do I approve things before they go out?

Everything. Nothing sends without your sign-off. The difference is what approving looks like: the work arrives finished and ready to go, so it is a quick read rather than a brief, a round of edits and a wait.

Why not just buy AI software?

Software is built for ten thousand companies, so it knows nothing about yours. It has no idea what your margins are, how your customers talk, or why last October went the way it did. You would still be the one sitting down every week telling it what to do.

Why not hire someone?

A good hire costs several times this, takes 2 months to find, and everything they learn walks out with them. Build the machine first. Hire later, and hand them something that already works.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

For one email, use ChatGPT. What a chat window cannot do is hold your whole business, run the calendar, watch every send, and catch the thing that broke on Tuesday.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. The machine goes onto your own computer, with the files, the onboarding docs, and our help connecting it to Claude so you can run it yourself. One brand we worked with left for someone cheaper, and what we built is still beating what came after.

Where does our data go?

Your customer list stays in your Klaviyo. We work inside your accounts rather than exporting anything, you can revoke our access in one click, and nothing is copied out or sold. The machine itself sits with us while we run it, and moves onto your computer when you take it over.

How long until it's live?

Usually inside the first month. The learning starts on day one and never really stops.
